Food or Cooking online or catalog retailers--your favorites?

  • 1

Today I received my new stainless flatware, shipped at no extra cost from http://www.silversuperstore.com/
Reading the content of their informative site reminded of at least one other food oriented retailer--Penzey's Spices. I ordered from their catalog before the internet, (http://www.penzeys.com/) and I've been a customer for decades. Both of these concerns are run by people who care about their product lines, and they like to write about everything! You get a picture of the product because the retailer obviously want to show off their goods. I learned so much from reading the Penzey's catalog. And I learned so much from clicking on different articles on the Silver Superstore site. I recommend the services and product line of both retailers. Another retailer that publishes a catalog is Upton Tea Imports.(http://www.uptontea.com/shopcart/home...) There is a lot of tea in their catalog, and the descriptions are succinct. Upton isn't as friendly feeling as the first two retailers, but the love of their product shows.

What catalog and/or online retailers who sell foods or cooking items do you like to patronize?

  1. I like Penzey's also. My favorite tea site is Harney & Son. I get my husband'shot sauce from Original Juan. I like The Spice House and I recently found Chefini.
