Hartford area restaurant supply?

Looking for a place with commercial type pots, pans, knives, utensils, etc.

Must be open to the public.

Chef's Equipment Emporium in Wallingford is dangerous. I could spend hours and thousands of dollars in that place. I agree their non-commercial stuff isn't at a terribly competitive price point but their commercial stuff is.

Chef's Equipment Emporium is like walking into a dream. Prices on non-commercial stuff aren't great, but the prices on the commercial stuff are very reasonable. My example of why to shop there is chocolate thermometers. Anywhere else, you'd be excited to find one on the shelf. There, they have at least 5 to choose from.

Chefs Emporium ...and Classic on Murphy Road are way over priced...if you are in the business Classic will cut you a deal...but Emporium is just terrible..but they do have alot of stuiff...

The best is not pretty...Paradise Restaurant Equipment on Park Rd in East Hartford..anyone putting a restaurant together in Hartford goes there first...they may not have all the bells and whistles but they are not catering to the home shopper...but will sell to anyone.and you can walk tyhrough the storeoom..

For old times sake..the best in the region used to be Gremmo's right across the street from Shady Glen in manchester...but they are no more.
