Exotic Foods

I'm going to be traveling around the world and North America and want to try new and exotic and "gross" foods like snake, shark, alligator, lizards etc. Does anyone know of some awesome places I can find things like this? some of the places I will be going include: Catalunya, Monte Carlo, Montreal, Valencia, Silverstone, Nurburgting, Budapest, New delhi, Sao Paulo, Darlington, Dover, Kansas, Pocono, Michigan, Sonoma, Daytona, Kentucky, Indianapolis, Chicago, Texas.

If you like more exotic food you can find it on Philippines. Most of their delicacy are truly exotic like fried frog, fried/roasted rat, cat adobo, raw young of a mudfish, snake adobo, monitor lizard meat/egg.
