Like a brunch, but on Saturday

Would like to go out for a nice breakfast on a Saturday morning in the Red Bank area before going into NYC for a broadway matinee.....Any ideas? Think Sunday brunch type of meal.

Here's a far better choice than Le Peep: (IMHO)

Excellent choice Menton1, it is a fav of ours. Also love Sarabeths on Amsterdam Ave.

menton - I think tuxedo was looking to do breakfast in Red Bank prior to heading into NYC.

Yes, I read the original post. However, the food and the choices are so much better in NY, and he/she is going to be there anyway! The comparison between Le Peep and 44 1/2 is like night and day!!

I'm not aware of any Saturday brunch options, but you can do breakfast at the In Between Cafe, Broadway Diner or Le Peep.

Looked at Le Peep menu and it is exactly what we want! Thank you!

If you are looking for the typical "Sunday" brunch, Molly Pitcher would have been the best bet, albeit pricey, but I do not know that they have anything similar offered on a Saturday.

I've always enjoyed breakfast at "In Between Cafe" though it is cash only, service is on and off, and the atmosphere is less than desirable. That being said, I think the food served is a notch above other breakfast joints in the area
