Best Italian restuarant in Cleveland?

What's the consensus on the best Italian restaurant in Cleveland for a loud party of 6 with seafood allergies but willing to take a chance on tripe and the like?

I don't know about the loud component. Other than that, I would recommend Chinato, Zack Bruell's restaurant on E 4th street. Maybe you could see if they have a private room to rent if you plan to be loud enough that it will disrupt other customers?

Thanks, good start. Just for clarification - we're not planning to go all Lady Gaga but I know that we're loud laughers and didn't think we'd do well in a super formal setting.

I think it can feel formal there, but the servers are in jeans. Kind of like Lola, if that helps. I branched out there myself and tried the tongue, it was DELISH. Give it a try.
