These are widely available from Fairway and Dean & Delucca's down to neighborhood Associated and Pioneer Supermarkets. I've even seen them at bodegas.

Most supermarkets sell them, e.g., Food Emporium, Gristedes, D'agostino, etc. I have seen Carr's brand plus other British types.
you could try tea and sympathy, or myers of keswick.
I'm pretty sure Fairway sells them.
