A&S Italian Market Comes to Mt. Kisco

wincountrygirl Feb 12, 2011 01:39 PM

Just saw this placde for the first time today, but apparently they opened in December. Too bad I had already gotten everything I needed for my antipasto for tonight. Nice big store and the owner was very friendly - the staff was great. She gave me some pasta salad to taste and it was delicious. Looks like they have great Italian specialties, tons of different types of pasta, sausage and a case of good looking meat. Looking forward to giving them a try.

It is located at the corner of Lexington and Rt 117, where the pet store used to be, near Mt Kisco Smoke House, Mrs. Greens, Ben + Jerry's....

They make their own mozz every morning. Fantastic. The thornwood location makes the best sandwiches in the area. Pricey, but high quality food.

Yes. So nice I always end up spending more! Prepared foods and raviolis are also very good.

WC, we have a few in FFD CTY.

The prepared pastas are pretty good but the stand outs are the sausages. We are sausage challenged a few miles away and A&S fills a gap in the culinary landscape.
