i've not been to osteria mozza when i was paying, so
have no idea about their prices.

With out drinks the Osteria ran us around $70 per person.

in that case, OBIKA is much less expensive.

the only 'more refined' ethiopian, i believe, is meals by genet.
normally meals by genet is closed on mondays and tuesdays, and irrc they really only offer one vegetarian option: their veggie combination plate.
when i last had the genet combo plate, i left the restaurant hungry.
also, MBG is higher-priced than rahel.

persian food, there is a whole section of their menu devoted to vegetarian dishes and
in addition, practically all of their appetizers are vegetarian.

I believe that ANGELI CAFFE in west hollywood may meet all of your criteria, dunno if they still have space though. normally they are not open on mondays, but they WILL be open on valentine's day, this monday.
