Wish is still just fine and dandy for a relaxing brunch especially when accompanied by a martini. I could drink those Cubans by the pitcherful. With friends, of course.
Please note that they're closed Monday's. You should probably call to see if they're making an exception for Valentine's.

Lola's Commissary. I think that is pretty close to the Panasonic Theatre, received a lot of positive reviews on here.
As for the Wish recommendation, I went last summer and the brunch there was pretty decent too.

I enjoy Fire on the East Side. It is about five mins from the theatre.

The Bloor St. Diner does Sunday brunch. I haven't tried it, but have been for dinner many many times, am never disappointed.

It is buffet and truly not worth the money IMO. Luke warm eggs, over cooked meats and salads which usually look like they've seen better days.
