any recommendation in Cusco for traditional Peruvian food? I am already going to hit up Cicciolina. How about getting Guniea Pig in Cusco?

I am interested in your Lima tips. I was there in Dec & Feb, and heading back again in June. Some good meals, but no amazing ones. Any help appreciated!

One exceptional restaurant in Lima which you may have already tried is Malabar. Go to fuelpassion.com. Click on Fuel Your Passion 2011 and download the flyer. It has the names of several excellent restaurants and bars in Lima.
