If you're interested in Peruvian cuisine or headed to Lima, I've got some great recommendations for discovering great faire in Lima and Cusco.
any recommendation in Cusco for traditional Peruvian food? I am already going to hit up Cicciolina. How about getting Guniea Pig in Cusco?
Try Kusikuy (The Happy Guinea Pig) at Calle Suecia 339.
I am interested in your Lima tips. I was there in Dec & Feb, and heading back again in June. Some good meals, but no amazing ones. Any help appreciated!
One exceptional restaurant in Lima which you may have already tried is Malabar. Go to fuelpassion.com. Click on Fuel Your Passion 2011 and download the flyer. It has the names of several excellent restaurants and bars in Lima.
Thanks. I agree, Malabar is very good.
