vegetarian choices at Le Boucon?

I'm hoping to have lunch at Le Bouchon in Cold Spring on Sunday...my husband is a vegetarian, I'm wondering if there are any decent vegetarian options for him? Please advise. Thnx!

I'm veg and usually find French restaurants to be difficult. I haven't been to Bouchon, but perhaps you would consider going to Cathryn's Tuscan Grill in Cold Spring. I truly love this restaurant. Food, service, atmosphere are the best.Great for veggies and non.
If not this time around, I hope you have a chance to try it in the future.

Thanks! I'll probably do this. Le Bouchon was recommended to me by a co-worker, that's the only reason I singled it out.
