Valentine's Day Treats
I'm trying to find where I can find the yummiest valentine's day treats -- special cookies, cupcakes, etc. to bring home for our dessert. Any suggestions on best bakeries, especially in the Midtown area, would be greatly appreciated!

I just noticed on the Wafels & Dinges website that they're doing a Valentine's Day heart shaped waffle that looks AMAZING! I don't know if they'll be selling it at their trucks that day, but they listed an email address for inquiries about it (ellen@wafelsanddinges.com). It's pricey, though, at $45. Maybe that includes delivery? Either way, it looks bigger than their normal waffles!

It's not on their website for some reason, but it is on their Facebook page. Strange. I agree that $45 is steep when normally it's around $7 for a Brussels or Liege with the Wafel of Massive Deliciousness (every topping you could want). But I'm guessing it's a lot bigger? If it doesn't include delivery it's not worth it in my opinion.
