What is the most EXTREME or EXOTIC dessert in LA? Thanks!!

Hi! I'm on a mission to try the most Extreme, Unusual, Creative and Exotic desserts in LA. Any tips on where to go and what to try?? Thank You!!

    Hmmm, good question. The renowned beer float at Golden State only seems exotic or extreme if you haven't tasted it; it's actually almost comfort-foody.

    Also, I've had durian smoothies at a few places in Little Saigon, but the only really 'extreme' thing about them is the sensation in your sinus cavity when you suck them through the straw too fast.

    [If there's ever a place in LA that does decent Baltic food, one thing I'd love to try for dessert here that I've had in Helsinki and Riga is a sea-buckthorn mousse, prepared at the table over dry ice (you have to keep sea-buckthorn frozen or it goes very bitter) and served on a Black Balzam cake. But I'm not holding my breath.]
