I have the beef, now what do I do with it?
I just picked up a 3 lb beef tenderloin roast...what's your favourite way to cook it?
Marinate it,sear it and finish in the oven, You can do it whole or cut into steaks. If you have,use a meat thermometer....enjoy!
P.S for a quick sauce remove meat from pan,drain most of the fat,deglaze with red wine, scrapping all the bits off the bottom of the pan,reduce a bit and finish with a knob of butter.
