Frite n Meat truck at 116 & Broadway today

After 2 hours of martial art practice outdoors today, it was nice to see the Frite n Meat truck parked at the end of the Farmer's Market at Columbia U. They actually cooked my burger medium rare, really. Picture to prove it. Many choices of good ingredients. I made mine a grass-fed angus, gruyere, tomato, smoked bacon (thick), mayo, mesculin greens on a brioch bun, and an order of fries. Everything came together tenderly, and nothing falling out of the sandwich. I hadn't realize that the texture of all the ingredients could work so well together. Quality is good. For once I did not leave a bite of the bun uneaten.
