Black Hoof Specials?

Does Black Hoof have nightly specials? I'm asking because I was just there a few weeks ago but am moving out of Toronto and want to eat there once more...only the menu on the website is the same as the last time I was there. The food is obviously fantastic, but half the fun of going there is trying different things.

Had an amazing meal there a few weeks back where we ordered the full hoof -- the entire menu! Current must-haves include the duck heart tartare and the tongue on brioche. I'm pretty sure they usually have specials.

I find it changes pretty frequently. In as little as a week. Here was the menu when I went less than two weeks ago:

Not terribly different, but a little. I think they really only change it a dish at a time. I've never seen a full menu-change unless it was for the season. They tweak a lot.

and ... Pig's Head Tacos forever!

Yes they occasionally have specials. It's not a guaranteed thing though; basically if Grant sees something he likes, he'll put it on the "verbal menu". Last time I was there, the special was house-made Morcilla Sausage with Caramelized Onions and Parsnip Puree.
