MIZU Sushi in Cranford - Wonderful, great addition to the area
We've been here a couple times since they opened recently, once to take out and once to dine in. If they can maintain the quality this will be our "go to" place for sushi in the area.
All the standards plus some very unusual rolls. I really like that their sushi is priced per piece (sashimi is price per two pieces) which gives the opportunity to try a lot of different things without the fear of waste (money or food). The fish is incredibly fresh and flavorful, the toro I just had was some of the best I've ever tried.
BYO and they supply sake cups and carafe (not too common based on my experieinces).
Very nice space, minimal design.

I completely agree. We've been there a few times since they've opened and are so happy that now we can stop our search for a sushi restaurant. Not only is the sushi excellent but the service is friendly as well. Even the edamame is good! Which may be a small point but it's nice to see they take care with this. It sets the tone for the entire meal in that you know they're focused on serving quality food.
We've also tried their udon soups which are also good. Perfect for this unbearable winter weather.
