Baked goodies that ship well

I live in California and lost a bet, so to speak, to a cousin in Indiana. The wager is some baked goodies....any suggestions for something that ships well? She has two young children but she and the family have no allergies that I'm aware of...

How 'bout some very thick traditional shortbread wedges? Or a little non-traditional by adding citrus zest, oil or dried herbs such as lavender, rosemary or thyme.
