Best charcuterie on the strip

Hi guys, coming to Vegas in July and can't wait. I am a big fan of charcuterie and was wondering who had the best charcuterie plate on the strip?

Recently enjoyed a plate at La Cave at Wynn. Pretty solid selection of both meat/cheese.

Unfortunately, we do not have Daniel Boulud anymore. But Bouchons belongs on any short list for a classical take on the concept, and the Batali properties bring in some terrific meats, like the "Carne Grande Tasting" at Otto, and the "Affettati Misti" at Carnevino.

Had a decent plate at Comme Ca this past weekend. Never thought I'd say "loved the head cheese" but wife agreed it was tasty.
