Casa de Paloma - Mt. Kisco

Has anyone tried the new Mexican where Coco Rumbas used to be - not sure if I have the name right? Looking for a fun place for a friend's 40th b-day - apps and drinks or light dinner.

Go to Don Emilio in Chappaqua instead.
Much better food, much nicer vibe.

If you're tied to Mexican, I would avoid Guadelajara and head down route 9 another few minutes for Que Chula es Puebla in Sleepy Hollow.

If it's owned by the same people I would steer clear. The food and service at Coco Rumba's as well as their old place Villa del Sol went down the tubes.
