Montreal Lunch-Senior ladies -parking access

Hi all,
I am looking for a quality lunch for 2 women 80+ that will have reasonable parking access.....thinking of Paris Beurre.......any thoughts?

Any specific area of town? What about style of food? Price?
Elounda has an excellent lunch with a parking lot, but they are not in the downtown core.

Paris Beurre seems like a very good choice because they have their own parking lot, the only
other one that I can think of is Chez Gautier at Park and Milton
