Indeblue in Collingswood is hands down the best Indian food I've had in a long time. Certainly the best lamb saagwala. It's an open kitchen where the chef makes everything from scratch. Takes a little longer but well worth the wait.
Had lunch there today . Great Lamb Vindaloo and chick pea appetizer.
I'll second that. Best I've had outside of Iselin or India. Consistently outstanding over dozens of trips and several dishes.
psthey are moving across the street to to Blackbird's old digs the first week of March. I hope the chef Rakesh keeps the quality up with the bigger space.
