Fresh Thymes - Wilmington DE

A friend told me about Fresh Thymes on Lovering. He said that I would really enjoy it. Has anyone been?

Had lunch there today. Menu is based upon local organic vegetables. Chicken and bison are the two meats on the menu. Their menu changes with the seasons, obviously to accommodate availability of fresh ingredients.

Very plain eater, so while this is a nice little corner store, it isn't someplace I would frequent, but that is me. Other diners seemed quite satisfied.

I'd be careful to whom I would recommend this location.

Until recently I lived two blocks from this place, but in the 6-7 years that it has been there I ate there only once, early on. I was not inspired to go back--I had an overpriced and underwhelming sandwich which did nothing for me. To be fair, I think the menu has changed since, so maybe it would be worth trying now, but I think it closes very early (mainly it is a lunch place) so I could never really see the point of going for dinner.

Chicken is the primary meat on their menu? So says the DE online piece.

That's what we need in DE. A chicken restaurant.
