What is the secret ingredient in Umami Burger's ketchup?

I just had lunch at Umami burger and the ketchup HAUNTS me with its deliciousness. Does anyone know how they make it? Does anyone know the secret ingredient? is it vinegar? What gives it that UMAMI bomb flavor on the tongue? Thanks for any thoughts, recipes, etc!
