self-service wine bars, a la Ugo?

  • 9

Hi all—

I'm a Denver-based freelance writer working on an article about interesting wine-related design concepts in restaurants around the country, and Ugo in Culver City was brought to my attention, with its self-serve enomatic dispensers set up all around. I wanted to include them, but I've called and e-mailed several times, and no one will call me back.

Are there any other LA wine bars featuring such dispensers (not kegs with taps, a different subject) or other notable wine-related features you hounds think deserve some looking into? Would love to know if so. Not so interested in giant wine towers unless they're unusual in some way.

Many, many thanks.

Get this—in between my first viewing of the WD site an hour or so ago and my second attempt a few minutes ago, the site got hacked. That's messed up.

    2. There is the OC Wine Mart in Irvine that offers the enomatic dispensers for tastings

      1. Great. Thanks to you both.

        1. they have Enomatic at first and hope.
