Someone PLEASE identify this mystery Sripraphai ingredient/dish

So some friends and I were at Sripraphai for my birthday dinner the other night and ordered, among other things, the ground pork with ginger, chili, peanut and lemon juice (A-42). When it arrived, however, it looked like it had an extra ingredient that wasn't mentioned...namely tripe. One of my friends insisted that it wasn't tripe because it was too delicate and not chewy at all, but her tripe experience isn't anymore extensive than mine is, and I've definitely had tripe of this texture in soups. Apparently she asked the server while I was in the bathroom and was told it was "mushroom," and when pressed further as to what kind, "white mushroom". My apologies that I didn't get a pic in the restaurant. These are of the leftovers.

Can someone help? Is this in fact A-42 (which I have seen pics of before, and never seem to include this mystery ingredient), or was there a mistake and we were given an entirely different dish?

It looks like snow fungus to me. As I've never ordered A-42 before, can't say whether the mushroom is generally included.

Yes, we order that dish a lot and the white fungus is always in it. I love the texture. Also in the sauteed chicken with ginger in case you want to avoid/eat more of it.

        But was it delicious?
