Pickled rib tips in Charleston?

My favorite red beans and rice recipe calls for pickled rib tips, which I haven't yet found in Charleston. I use smoked ham hocks instead, but the pickled rib tips are really the way to go for that tang.

Anybody know where I could pick some up? I'm willing to travel if necessary.
