BYOB in the Plateau

With restos constantley changing owners and chefs - I thought I woudl re-visit this.

What are the best BYOBs these days in the Plateau?

Actually, BYOB don't change that much, especially the ones in the plateau. Your top five from 5 years ago would probably still be valid, except maybe for extremily popular and positively reviewed newcomer Quartier General, but you need to reserve ahead for a table.

A very recent thread (1-2 weeks ago) was about favorites BYO, that should give you some opinions from this board.
