Brunch near Hudson St/Leroy St (pre Accomplice).
I am doing Accomplice: The Village with a friend on Saturday at 12.30 (a birthday present from me to her!) and am looking for somewhere to take her for brunch first. She tends to like pancakes/waffles or other sweet things, I prefer egg dishes, but we both tend towards the breakfast side of things.
I'm holding an 11.00 reservation at Cookshop, which I have been to before and liked a lot, but wondering if there's anywhere closer to the starting point (corner of Hudson Street and Leroy Street) that would be worth checking out? Since we're on a timetable, somewhere that takes reservations would be significantly preferred, but would consider walk-ins if they're not likely to be too busy at around 11.

Add Spotted Pig, Joseph Leonard, and Jeffrey's Grocery to the list.

Jane, Perilla, and Hundred Acres all have available for 11am tables for 2 for this Saturday (2/12) on OpenTable.com right now. Just be aware that on Saturdays, Jane has a much lunch focused menu, whereas on Sundays, they serve more breakfast dishes.
You could also try Little Owl (never seen a line there for brunch though it's been a while since I've gone).
