comparable to La Fondue?

As I am sure others are, I am very sad that La Fondue is gone. Though expensive, it was super delicious and you definitely never left there hungry. Is there really no other comparable restaurant?

  1. Having never been to La Fondue, I can't tell you if anything is comparable. But, if you are looking for pretty decent fondue, The Melting Pot restaurants will certainly provide this. They are not outstanding, but serve pretty authentic and good Swiss cheese fondue (with Gruyere and Emmenthaler), and a delicious dessert chocolate fondue. Have never had the meat fondues, so can't comment on them.

skip the meat fondue, get cheese/dessert only

      2. If I wanted to dine on Fondue, I'd go here (2 versions):

Edelweiss looks very nice, and very Swiss! Will definitely give it a try. Do they have a full bar, or just beer & wine?

that looked delicious. though i am looking for a place that serves the 3 course fondue of cheese meat and chocolate, that cheese one looked just about right. and judging from the ingredients, is the flavor i am looking for.
