Paso Robles Wine Grand Tasting Tour Scottsdale and Arizona Beer Week
Just thought I'd mention two events happening in the Phoenix area over the next couple of weeks.
Monday, Feb 7th kicks off the Paso Robles Tour with two wine dinners - one at Petite Maison and the other at Rancho Pinot (which I've heard is sold out). I'm looking forward to the tasting at El Chorro Lodge on Wednesday, and there are other wine dinners/late-night at Cowboy Ciao, 5th and Wine, Big Daddy's BBQ, and Kazimierz.
Arizona Beer Week is Feb 19-26, starting with the AZ Strong Beer Festival (VIP tickets sold out). http://tinyurl.com/4hfx5kb Lots of beer specials and dinners planned. I'm having a hard time choosing, but leaning towards checking out the Nobuo at Teeter House Japanese microbrew and izakaya flight, and the mead dinner at Trader Vic's or AZ beer dinner at Citizen Public House.

If you don't mind I'll just piggy-back on your thread and add one more food-wine event coming up soon in the Phoenix-Tempe area.
This is a wine tasting event at the Desert Botanical Garden, 80 wines over two days with a couple of bands. $30 for non-members, $20 for DBG members. Late February.
