itty bitty burgers
This place was recomended and also listed as one of Houstons best. The menu shows a pork tenderloin sandwich that they were out of and could not take time to bread because they were too busy. After waiting 35 minutes for 2 burgers I finally asked. The cashier went to check but when she returned, I was completely ignored. After another 5 minutes I asked for a refund, but she still had to wait on 2 others before getting to me. The owner (?) then brought out the burgers and said the ticket hat gotten lost. Although he gave me them at no charge, I will not return. THEY WERE NOT THAT GOOD especially after driving from Katy.

re: jerrybilt
I haven't been there in a couple of years but we used to go for lunch frequently. The wait is long but everything is prepared after the order so we expected that. It was always good. Sad to hear about your experience but I'm not surprised. They aren't equipped to handle the business that their good reviews over the last few years have gotten them. Another one bites the dust......

Sorry you had such a lousy experience. I haven't been in a long time but have had the pork tenderloin there - this is the Midwest (Indiana?) pork tenderloin and it is a pretty good version - well, the only one in town, I think. I love the sandwich but most people here have never tried one. I think they'd be bigger than chicken fried steak sandwiches if they caught on. LBB probably doesn't get much demand for it.
Anyway, you can find something similar at soul food and some Cajun places called a fried pork chop sandwich, usually served on bread rather than a bun and nearly always bone-in.
If this link works here is the one I had a couple of years ago at LBB:
