Ice cream trucks in Walnut Creek / East Bay?

Is anyone seeing any ice cream trucks in Walnut Creek (or East Bay in general) at this time of year?
We're trying to find one to come to a birthday party but don't know if they're all in hibernation during the winter.....

Any ideas?

You might also want to try Twirl and Dip. They do soft serve ice cream. They are mostly in the city now but used to be in Oakland pretty frequently.
