Fish Livers and Other Bits

I'm pretty much looking for a fish monger anywhere in NYC, who sells raw/fresh fish liver. I have come to love the stuff. Especially whole cod livers. Blue Moon is good for monkfish liver and some fish heads, but they won't get me other species. I'd also like to know how to cook said livers. I tried pan frying monkfish liver and ended up discovering alchemy.
