Can I prepare wings ahead of time?

Using Alton Browns recipe for wings to take to a SuperBowl Party. Calls for pre-steaming, refrigerating then backing then tossing in sauce. Wondering if anyone else has experience with this recipe. I would like to do all of the prep work at home - take to the party warm and then toss in sauce. Anyone have any experience or thoughts with this recipe?Thanks

    I've never made Alton Brown's recipe, but most wing recipes are just fine served at room temperature. I think your plan sounds like a good one, i.e., take to the party warm and toss in the sauce once you get there.
