St. Lucia - The Edge
People that have been to the edge...Is it best to go with a tasting or order individually from the menu? I was thinking tasting...
I will be staying at Coco Palm, any recommendations for more reasonably priced options in the area? Preferably something that isn't readily available in Boston.
I don't think Chef Bobo had a tasting menu when we went to The Edge a couple years ago - I would LOVE to do that. We ordered individually from the menu, then shared dessert platters. Everything was totally amazing!
He has another restaurant called Fire Grill (?) in Rodney bay, also fantastic.
If you are looking for real local food, try Laurel's - she's a local character and we love her food. http://www.laurelsrestaurant.com/
If you want street food, go to the open air market in Castries - there are a number of food stands between the market and the next building over (across the street from the bay). ask your taxi driver, but I think you'll see what I'm talking about when you get there. One of my local favorites is chicken roti. yum!
