Gosh I hope not! Tried wesite - did not work. Called - mail box full.

First my favorite Anise moves to the far west side and now my second "go to" is gone?

Woe is me...

  1. According to the county website, they still have a valid permit, last inspection on 12/10/2010 was good. Their website works for me. http://www.phoaosen.com

    1. Funny, I drove past it about three times last weekend and toyed with the idea of stopping to check it out. The original in Oakland, CA is serves up one of my favorite bowls of pho bo in the Bay Area. It's website was down last weekend so I called and learned that its open from 10am to 9pm, taking the last order at 8:30p. Too bad, as I would have been there for breakfast if it opened at 8am like in Oakland. Just couldn't fit it in.

What's your favorite dish? At home I order the pho bo, pho ga dac biet (the version with liver, gizzard and unborn eggs), and the bun cha Hanoi. The bun cha Hanoi is a bit atypical but since it's a dish not often seen, I still like to get it.
