Ideas for a Chocolate Cake with Vodka and Coffee drink

I have a friend that love Whynotte Whippets which are basically shots of Pinnacle Whipped Cream Vodka and Whynotte (a coffee flavored energy drink). I was trying to think about how to make this into a bundt cake, but I am not sure how the alcohol would affect things. I'm not sure if it would be better to put it in the cake or just make a glaze from the two ingredients.

Have you tried Black Russian cake, it's basically what you're describing but calls for Vodka and Kahlua, in both the cake and the glaze. Just sub your liquids and I'm sure it would be decent. Google the cake it was all the rage back in the 1970s.
