A plethora of peanut sauce...can I freeze???

Hubby and I ordered Thai night before last and unfortunately they misunderstood that we wanted an extra "small " side of peanut sauce. Instead, we received a HUGE container of sauce. I don't know how long it will last in the fridge and really have no idea how to use it??? Any suggestions ???? Can I freeze it???

  1. Portion it into smaller containers and freeze,no problem.

    1. Second this--I freeze peanut sauce all the time.

      1. It freezes fine. If it is a thick version, you can thin it with a little water, rice wine vinegar, and oil, to use as a salad dressing. I have also used it as a sandwich condiment with grilled chicken or thin-sliced steak. Cook soba or other Asian noodles, mix with peanut sauce, shredded cucumber, sesame seeds, and toasted sesame oil for cold sesame noodles.
