Caviar I don't recall seeing recently. Coastal Seafoods might have some. I believe Surdyk's, Lund's / Byerly's would have foie and possibly caviar. I believe there is a duck proprietor locally that hopefully one of the meat eaters can point you towards.

re: semanticantics
I recently purchased some caviar at Coastal - seemed relatively (emphasis on that word) reasonably priced. Their supply on hand is primarily low end stuff and, if I recall correctly, they do not regularly stock the classic black Sturgeon caviar. (That's not a complaint - I found what I needed for a recipe.) However, as soupkitten noted, they can order others for you.
I also noticed caviar at the Minneapolis Whole Foods last week. It's by the fish. It was in a clear plastic hanging package (I'm sure to prevent shoplifting) so I didn't look that closely. Can't vouch for it one way or another.
Finally - Trader Joe's carries some caviars in their refrigerated foods section. At least that's the case for the one in St. Louis Park.
