I didn't get any response for the breakfast spots, but luckily, it's cancelled. New request is for lunch on Monday. All help is appreciated. Make me a hero!

Your first post asked about a place within walking distance of WFC 2 (not in it)- so how about The Palm (on West St btw Chambers & Warren)? Not sure how that fits the gf's budget....

dough, looks like you've got the best idea. Just pulled up the (menupages) menu for her, and this is perfect for the non-NYC client. He can inhale a great steak, and sweetie will enjoy her lobster roll. She needs to confirm with client tonight. I thank you!!!

There is no decent food @WFC 1 or 2. The only place that springs to mind is Rochi, an Indian place: take the southern overpass and then one block south on Greenwich. Their chilly goat is recommended and their idlis and sambar are the best in the area, but I'm not sure if the place is corporate-style.
On the other side, I used the food courrt in WFC 3 for business 1-on-1 lunch meetings, but frankly the food is not so good, except for The Financier, which is mostly a takeout; if I had to choose, I'd prefer the pan-Asian place right across from Goldman Sachs (sorry, forgot the name)

When I used to work in the WFC, the restaurants were generally nothing exciting. There was a blend of contemporary euro american gastropub mashup spots. The only place I miss is Au Mandarin which was a fancified french chinese spot. Not at all authentic but very tasty. Otherwise cross back over West Street and head into Tribeca.
