Who has the best German Chocolate Cake in the area?

    I can't speak from experience, but Daniel's Bakery in Brighton lists it as a specialty.

      The best I've had in Boston is from Rosie's Bakery.

        +1 for Rosie's. It's simple--no attempt to make it fancy--and delicious.

        A better question would be who has ANY German chocolate cake in the area? It's not at all common here. Whenever I get homesick for the hill country, I end up just making my own.

        And now I'm like, damn, I want some German chocolate cake...
