ISO: lemon cream ice cream recipe?

There was a great thread on this last summer (when NORMAL cooks are making ice cream...but I want it now!). However, while it spoke about rubbing the lemons with sugar, I couldn't figure out the proportions.

So-o-o, anybody got a good recipe or link? Thanks!

    1. I made this one last summer and it was unbelievably good!

      1. Thank you both, I used the epicurious recipe...except for the lemon rind. I learned some time ago that any recipe calling for lemons has more 'zest' (sorry!) if you use a combo of lemons and limes. It was absolutely delicious and I will do this again.
