Specifically Laurier and Parc.

And for god's sake not Arahova.

"A la Carte Express" (http://alce.dtsc.net/) offer a wide selection of restaurants and choices and deliver.

But, IMO, in the area of Laurier st. and Parc ave. there are so many good places to eat that it's not worth the effort to order in!

Terasse Lafayette (great thick pizza, home fries, and all the grec stuff is pretty good too)
            Souvlaki village Grec (for Gyros)
            Tampopo
Yes, Amelio's on Bernard, but their delivery hours are still limited, call to check, and order ahead)
But if you take-out, then that considerably expands your options.

Well then you can add the following to your list:
                Tourtiere Australienne (TA)
Comptoir 21 for Fish &Chip & not bad Clam Chowder
Chilenita location on St-Laurent for empanadas
I'm sure Rumi (corner Hutchison and Villeneuve) does take-out, but I've always eaten in

There's more I'm not thinking of...

my go to for mile-end take out is caribe delite on Parc between st-joseph & Villeneuve (roti & jerk chicken)
there are many, many other options and we can usually muster the energy to go out to one of the 300 restaurants within walking distance. We regret deeply that india beau village closed it's close-to-mile-end location.
