Slow Cooker Easy BBQ Beef
I recently purchased a slow cooker from William Sonoma. All clad the insert can be used to braise meats before you slow cook, eliminating the use of an extra frying pan. Tonight I made BBQ Beef, it was out of this world just fell apart. This is my recipe and its the best.
One chuck roast.
i bottle of beer
1 bottle of ketchup
a cup of bbq sauce, {any}
brown the roast in a little oil, with cut onions, when roast is brown on both sides, put in slow cooker for 7 hours on low....
Thats all folks...
serve with hamburger rolls
corn on the cob
salad.
