Milwaukee - new West Allis Cheese location

saw this the other day, the West Allis Cheese shop is opening a location on Oakland (near Locust) in the old Bella's Fat Cat location.

    And I think the advert on the door said "cafe" too, so interested to see what they might do beyond just selling to take home.
