Just booked a last minute trip to Cartagena. Any suggestions for budget-friendly restaurants? We are interested in both authentic Colombian and eclectic/unique spots. We will be in before heading to beach at Tayrona PPN. Any recommendations on activities or sites to see are appreciated as well!
