Best brownie from central Houston-59th?

Suggestions? I have to pick up some brownies, and don't want to be bothered going up to Greenberg's. Do you have a favorite for brownies, between, say, Houston and 59th, Second Avenue to Seventh Avenue?

    Mari's brownies, at Limelight Marketplace. Their bacon one and caramel with sea salt ones are particularly good. I believe they can also be found at some high end dept stores.

      If you can go a bit more west, I highly recommend the Fatwitch brownies at Chelsea Markets.

        The Belgian brownies at Le Pain Quotidien are pretty good--and I think there are now "snack' sizes as well as the large ones (which can feed 3 people).
