Iskembe (or tripe soup in general)

Looking for Iskembe Corbasi (Turkish tripe soup) in the Mertoplex. Probably really hard to find or non-existent. But, any good tripe soup would be worth knowing about.

I am a big fan of Tom Kung, but haven't seen it offered the few times I have been out for Korean. Any suggestions would be great.

I see there is plenty of talk on menudo, so I will do my homework on what's alraedy posted.
