Shimbashi Pizza?
We'll be in Tokyo Shimbashi area for a few weeks in April. Inevitably when we do this hubby goes into major withdrawal for pizza. Does anyone know of a place in Shimbashi or south end of Ginza that does take-away pizza? All I've been able to find in past trips in Ginza/Shimbashi area are proper 'eat-in' restaurants. Thanks for your help!

There's a Salvatore Cuomo in Ginza and another one in Higashi-Ginza. The Higashi-Ginza one is probably closer, and they even have delivery service in English.
